TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Weaver Pet Care is licensed by Cheshire East Council to board dogs - all conditions of the licence agreement will be adhered to.  These can be made available to clients upon request.
• Weaver Pet Care is fully insured with Cliverton Insurance for dog walking, home boarding and pet sitting.  Details of the insurance can be viewed upon request.
• No dogs classified under the Dangerous Dog Act 1991 or wolf hybrids will be accepted for walking or boarding.
• All dogs being walked or boarded will undergo a trial period to ensure that they are adequately trained and socialised.
• Dogs must be sociable with other dogs and children. If there is a problem please let us know as we will still do our best to accommodate the dog.
• Dogs should be up to date with all vaccinations (including kennel cough), worm and flea treatment. We ask that your pets are in general good health, or you inform us of any conditions at the initial consultation.  A copy of the vaccination certificate must be provided for home boarding.
• Puppies must have completed their initial course of vaccinations.
• All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless prior agreement has been reached with Weaver Pet Care and a disclaimer form has been signed.
• Weaver Pet Care reserve the right cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (ie, heat, thunder storms) for the safety of both the dogs and the walker.
• The client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they are incurred, whilst pets are in the care of Weaver Pet Care.
• You must advise Weaver Pet Care of any behavioural problems, quirks or dislikes the dog has at the initial visit.
• No more than 4 dogs will be walked together by Weaver Pet Care on a group walk.
• A maximum of 5 dogs will be boarded at any one time.
• Bitches in season will not be accepted for group walking or home boarding.
• Entire, adult male dogs will not be accepted for home boarding.
• Although Weaver Pet Care is insured for Public Liability, wherever possible pets should be insured by the client.
• Weaver Pet Care will care for your pets as you would, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure your pets are well looked after in your absence, Weaver Pet Care cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a pet either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
• All dogs in our care will wear an additional collar/tag with Weaver Pet Care contact details on it.
• When pet sitting, house keys will be kept in a locked safe and any alarm details will be kept in a separate, secure place.
• Cancellation. We know things change at short notice, but we do ask that you notify us by 8 am of any cancellation of any bookings.
• Payments for dog walking/day care are to be paid upon receipt of invoice, either by cash, cheque or online bank transfer to be made payable to Weaver Pet Care
