Dog walking, home from home boarding and pet care in your home - Nantwich and South Cheshire

There are always times when you will need to consider alternative boarding arrangements for your dog - holidays, weddings, hospitalisation, etc.  In the past the alternative boarding arrangements have either been asking family or friends to look after your dog or to put them into boarding kennels.  There are often problems with these type of arrangements.  People often don't like to keep asking friends or family and many dogs do not settle in a kennel environment.  The additional alternative, home boarding, overcomes these problems.

The advantage home boarding has over the kennel environment is that the dog is still in a home environment and is still part of the family 'pack'.  Their usual exercise, feeding and training routine can be continued and they are not disturbed by the constant barking of other dogs.  This all leads to elimination of separation anxiety and your dog will return to you happy and contented.  No more need for you to feel guilty that you are leaving your dog somewhere that they are not happy to visit.

All home boarders and doggy day care providers are legally bound to be licensed by the local council under The Animal Welfare Regulations 2018.  We are delighted to say we have been rated as a 5 star establishment by the council, reflecting our high standards of care, experience and qualifications.

Rated 5 star by Cheshire East Council

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, due to various reasons, the minimum stay is two nights.

Do we visit beforehand?

We will always invite you for an initial visit prior to your dog coming to stay with us.  This allows us to get to know your dog and your dog to get to know us.

What does my dog need to bring along for their stay?

Your dog is more than welcome to bring their own bed, toys, blankets to make them feel at home and we ask that you bring their food.  We also need to have an up to date copy of their vaccination certificate.

How many dogs do you take at a time?

As we are limited by the number of dogs we can accommodate at any one time (licensed for 5 dogs) we do tend to get booked up well in advance, please bear this in mind when thinking about booking your and your dog's holidays.

Anybody not allowed to stay?

We are not able to accept bitches when they are in season or adult, entire male dogs for home boarding.  All dogs need to be fully vaccinated and happy to live alongside other dogs and children.
